Return Process
The return deadline is 30 days from the shipment confirmation date.
The garments must be in perfect condition (not used, not washed, with their inside and outside labels still attached, without repairs and with their corresponding purchase receipt).
Maxwell Style reserves the right to refuse returns outside the time limit, if the garments are not in the same condition in which they were sent and/or if they do not comply with our return conditions. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

We consider that it is your responsibility and you must bear the direct cost of shipping back to us for exchange or return. and the product in the event of loss
How to return
1. Package up your return securely (in original packaging where possible) and be sure to include your completed Return Notes.
2. Attach your pre-paid label to the parcel, if applicable.
3. Select one of the below options to make your return.
4. Await your Return Confirmation email, which we will send when we have processed your return.

You can exchange an item purchased on our website within 30 days from the date of the shipment confirmation.
The exchange will be possible as long as it is an exchange for the same item (same reference number), by colour and/or size, it is in perfect condition, the price has not changed and the store has the item in stock.

Defective or Faulty Product
If, under rare circumstances, you have received a defective or faulty item, the quickest solution is to return to us. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
Once we receive the product , we will check the condition of the garment. In the event that the defect is confirmed and we have the item in stock, we will exchange or return the item according to your preference immediately.

Refund Period
Refunds will be made to process the order in a maximum of 14 days, depending on your bank.

Incorrect Refund
If the amount of your refund is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service department, and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Please remember that Maxwell Style reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the set period and those containing garments which are not in the same condition as when they were received.
