ENERGY. CONSIDERED.

Start with your home.
Build the right energy brief.

Every household uses energy differently. Green Magicube introduces two storage-capacity options as a starting point for conversations about your home, existing solar installation and energy priorities.

Two capacities. One clear starting point.

GREEN MAGICUBE

2 kWh

Home storage group

The smaller storage-capacity option in the Green Magicube range. Discuss your household requirements to establish the right system configuration.

GREEN MAGICUBE

5 kWh

Home storage group

The larger storage-capacity option in the Green Magicube range. Discuss your energy-use pattern and installation requirements before selecting a system.

kWh describes stored energy, not output power. Usable capacity, inverter output, battery chemistry, dimensions, certifications, warranty, pricing and availability are to be confirmed in the product specification. No runtime or savings estimate is implied by these capacity options.

UK HOME CONNECTION PLANNING

Your home. Your local network.
A properly assessed connection.

Planning a household storage project in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland? Start by identifying the electricity network serving your address. Your network operator manages the local wires; it is different from the supplier that bills you.

This section outlines a future connection-planning framework, not an available installation service. Green Magicube has not yet obtained grid-connection certification. Equipment verification, certification, installer arrangements and network permissions must be completed before any grid-connected deployment. No network-operator partnership is claimed.

Indicative area Network operator
London, East and South East England UK Power Networks
Midlands, South West England and South Wales National Grid Electricity Distribution
North East England and Yorkshire Northern Powergrid
North West England SP Electricity North West
Central and Southern Scotland, North Wales, Merseyside and Cheshire SP Energy Networks
Northern Scotland and Southern England Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN)
Northern Ireland NIE Networks

Regional descriptions are a guide only. Some properties are served by an independent network operator. Confirm the operator by postcode and the property's supply details. Find your network operator.

A practical route from enquiry to assessment

  1. Understand the home. Identify the location, existing solar or storage, intended use and supply arrangement.
  2. Confirm the equipment. A competent installer checks the inverter rating, combined generation, export arrangements and relevant equipment documentation.
  3. Establish the connection route. In Great Britain, the installer determines the applicable G98 or G99 process and any G100 export-limitation requirements. Northern Ireland has its own arrangements, including G98/NI and G99/NI.
  4. Complete the required steps. Obtain any necessary approval before installation, then complete commissioning and the required notification or documentation.

Capacity is not connection permission. A 2 kWh or 5 kWh battery label alone does not establish eligibility for a particular grid-connection route. Inverter power, existing generation and the proposed installation also matter.

Official guidance checked 29 October 2026: network areas · GOV.UK device registration guidance · NIE Networks. Requirements must be checked for the final design; approval and installation are not guaranteed.

OUR DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Building the brand.
Validating the business.

Green Magicube is at the brand and commercial feasibility stage. We are exploring 2 kWh and 5 kWh home storage concepts, with product specifications, supplier costs, certification and installation arrangements still to be validated.

A market grounded in evidence

UK government statistics record 44,033 MCS-certified battery installations in existing homes in the 2025/26 financial year, compared with 24,242 in 2024/25. Within the cleaned 2025/26 sample, 16,270 installations were in the 1–5.99 kWh capacity band.

These figures cover registered domestic retrofit installations, not the entire UK battery market. Changes may reflect both installation activity and registration coverage. They do not establish demand, profitability or performance for Green Magicube. Source: DESNZ / MCS statistics, published 28 May 2026.

What we are evaluating

  • Household fit: energy-use patterns, existing solar and the practical role of each proposed capacity.
  • Complete system value: usable capacity, inverter compatibility, installation, warranty and ongoing support—not battery price alone.
  • Established product benchmarks: compact storage, modular home batteries and integrated systems, including publicly documented EcoFlow, BYD and Tesla products. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

The route forward

  1. Validate the proposition. Review customer requirements, supplier specifications and full delivery costs.
  2. Verify the equipment and delivery model. Complete the necessary testing, certification, compatibility checks and installer arrangements.
  3. Assess a compliant pilot. Consider a limited deployment only after all applicable requirements and permissions are met.
  4. Improve from measured results. Review installation quality, support needs and actual system performance before expanding.

Current availability: brand and commercial enquiries only. Grid-connection certification has not yet been obtained. No product orders, deposits or grid-connected installation bookings are being accepted. Launch timing, pricing, savings and returns are not confirmed.

Business overview updated 29 October 2026.

Before choosing your system

Will it work with my solar panels?

Compatibility depends on the selected battery, inverter and existing installation. Share your system details for a project discussion; compatibility has not been confirmed for any specific equipment.

Will it power my home during a power cut?

Backup operation requires a suitable system design and installation. It is not confirmed as a feature of these options.

Can I order now?

Green Magicube is currently at the brand and business planning stage. Grid-connection certification has not yet been obtained. Products are not currently offered for order or grid-connected installation. Contact Maxwell Style about development or commercial collaboration.

LET'S START WITH YOUR HOME

Make room for a new energy conversation.

Tell us your UK region, whether you already have solar panels, and which storage capacity interests you. Homeowners, installers and distribution partners are welcome to enquire.
